Tips: What type of building do I have?

· Office Space: Also known as office park, building or tower. Usually has removable ceiling tiles to form it's "lid" and uninsulated stud walls.

· Home Office/Residential: A single/multi-family dwelling.

· Warehouse: Distinguishing characteristics include: extremely high ceilings and vast open spaces with no or few interior walls.

· Retail: Could be a storefront or a location in a shopping mall. Generally includes point of sale (registers) located somewhere on sales floor.

· Small Office Studio: May include one or two rooms/workspaces. Not located in a standard office park, but may be located in a "dual-use" or remodeled building.
